  • Quiz Responses: Information you provide when taking the Kibbe body type quiz
  • Contact Information: Name and email if you contact us through our contact form
  • Device Information: Device type, browser, IP address, and other technical information
  • Cookies and Local Storage: See section 7 for the cookies used by us and by advertising partners

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Providing and improving our services and content
  • Personalizing your experience on our Platform
  • Responding to your inquiries and requests
  • Displaying advertisements through Google AdSense
  • Complying with legal obligations

3. Privacy for Photo Analysis

Our Photo Body Analysis feature runs entirely in your browser using on-device inference (TensorFlow.js and the BlazePose model). We do not upload your photo to any server, and we do not store the image after your session ends.

Your photo is used only to calculate landmark-based proportions for the analysis you request. The pose-detection model is downloaded once to your device and kept in memory for the session, then discarded when you leave the page. Measurements and results are computed locally and are not transmitted, logged, or stored by us.

When you allow camera access for a photo, the stream is used only on your device to capture a frame for analysis. It is not transmitted or recorded.

Text quiz answers may be saved in your browser's local storage solely so the photo analysis can combine both methods for a more accurate result. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser storage. No photo data is ever written to storage.

4. Google AdSense and Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show advertisements that help keep this Platform free. When ads are shown:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to measure ad performance and limit how often you see an ad.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info or, in Europe, at www.youronlinechoices.eu.

5. Analytics and Server Logs

We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics script. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. If we add an analytics tool in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Google, through AdSense advertising, as described above
  • Vercel, which hosts the website
  • Formspree, which delivers messages you send through our contact form
  • Legal authorities, if required by law

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use the following cookies and similar technologies:

  • Local storage (essential): remembers your light/dark theme choice and, if you take the quiz, your answers so the photo analysis can combine both results. This data stays in your browser.
  • Advertising cookies: set by Google and its partners to serve and measure ads, as described in section 4.
  • Consent cookies: remember your advertising consent choice where consent is required.

You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies does not stop ads from appearing, but they will be less relevant to you.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your information:

  • Right to access your personal information
  • Right to correct inaccurate information
  • Right to request deletion of your information
  • Right to opt-out of certain data collection

10. Children's Privacy

Our Platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete such information.
